The most expensive property on Vancouver Island is valued at $15 million and sits on its own peninsula. The Huffington Post reports that the 15,000 square foot home is in the gated Uplands neighbourhood at Oak Bay near Victoria. The home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms along with a large private theatre and sits in 2.5 acres including a dock for a boat.
