Construction firms in Quebec have launched an integrity program to help regain trust in the wake of the Charbonneau Commission’s recent report. The almost 6,000 members of L’Association de la construction du Québec will be able to implement a program of ongoing education in ethics for its workers with companies awarded certification for following directives and penalties for those that don’t.
