The Toronto-Dominion Bank has announced that it will make a “significant” donation to Frontier College in Vancouver next week. The mortgage lender has a long history of supporting literacy in the Aboriginal community and this gift will help fund a program of summer literacy camps held by the college. Although exact details of the donation have not been disclosed TD says it will be its largest community gift to date to a single organisation.
