Home sales in Windsor-Essex County remained strong in August with market activity up more than 9 per cent compared to a year earlier and year-to-date sales up 13.11 per cent.
Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reports that August sales were 3.89 per cent higher than a year earlier although down to 614 homes from 634 in July 2016 and 720 in June.
Average sales price also eased in August compared to July but at $233,581 it was up 7.66 per cent year-over-year.
