CREA brings easier document processing to Realtors

A tech solution which makes it easier for real estate agents to manage deals from offer to closing has been announced by the Canadian Real Estate Association.

CREA has partnered with Lone Wolf Technologies to bring its members a document and transaction management system TransactionDesk as part of CREA WebForms.

The new version will also enable Realtors to streamline their systems with one single platform which includes e-signature solution Authentisign, and Broker Edition which allows integration with Lone Wolf’s back office and accounting solution.

“Our members’ business needs have changed since the creation of CREA WEBForms® and they continue to evolve,” stated Michael Bourque, CREA’s CEO. “CREA WEBForms® needs to adapt to changing needs in a timely fashion, integrate with board and association MLS® Systems and other third-party tools used by members across the country.”

CREA says that its decision to move to a new partnership was driven by the belief that Lone Wolf can develop the tools that real estate agents need at the appropriate pace and quality.

“To say that this is a big deal for Lone Wolf would be an understatement and I think our excitement goes without saying,” explained Lone Wolf CEO Patrick Arkeveld. “I truly believe this partnership has the potential to shape the future of real estate in Canada and open up the opportunity for a completely digital real estate experience.”
