A book written by a Toronto mortgage broker has become a hit on Amazon.
Athena Constantinou's “#MortgageDonts: Stop unnecessary expenses, stress and anxiety when setting up your mortgage” was the best-selling book in the mortgage category on April 5th.
She says her behind-the-scenes-guide shows buyers how preventable errors happen that can jeopardize their approval and points out numerous common misconceptions and assumptions that may lead to problems.
"There are a lot of myths and misconceptions regarding mortgages today. I'm very excited to share this information to educate and empower both buyers and existing home owners," says Constantinou.
Her mortgage broker career began 20 years ago and she is a co-Founder of Sherwood Mortgage Group and part of the Mortgage Architects planner network.
