Avison Young has hired Nick Axford from CBRE to be its global director of research.
Axford was global head of research at CBRE and has a wealth of experience to bring to the newly created role with 29 years in the commercial real estate business, 24 of them at CBRE including some time based in Hong Kong.

Axford becomes a principal of the fast-growing Toronto-based business and will be based in London.
