Two brokers at Colliers International in Toronto have been recognized with prestigious awards.
The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors has awarded Executive Vice President and Sales Representative Tobin Davis its Office Broker of the Year; and Executive Vice President and Sales Representative with the Industrial Practice Group Graham Meader its Industrial Broker of the Year.
The awards are decided by peers including GTA brokers, landlords and developers.
“Tobin is an integral part of our office team’s success, both in the market with his transactions and in our office, leading the culture. The SIOR Office Broker of the Year is an amazing award and this year’s recipient is a deserving individual,” said Daniel Holmes, Senior Managing Director of the Office Practice Group in Toronto.
Peter Garrigan, Managing Director of the Industrial Practice Group in Toronto paid similar praise to Graham Meader.
“This is Graham’s second time winning the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year Award. This is a great success both for him and the entire industrial group at Colliers. We are all very proud of Graham and his career achievements,” he said.
