The Builders and Land Industry Association (BILD) will have a new leader in the New Year as David Wilkes becomes president and CEO.
He succeeds Bryan Tuckey who has led the association for the past five years and brings more than 25 years of senior management experience to the role, most recently at the Grocery Council of Canada.
"This is an exciting time for BILD and I am delighted to be taking on the role of President and CEO,” said Mr. Wilkes. “I’m ready for the challenge of leading an industry that employs over 197,000 people and brings $30 billion in investment value to the Greater Toronto Area.”
Mr Wilkes takes up his new role on January 3, 2018.
