Search Realty Corp. has announced the opening of 5 new locations for its real estate brokerage service.
The rapidly expanding firm now has offices in Toronto, Oakville, North York, Richmond Hill, and Kitchener offices along with its Mississauga head office.
The firm said that the new offices will allow its agents to meet with clients in A+ locations, rather than in coffee shops, and expects the new workplaces to lead to an increase in closed deals.
The new locations are strategically placed to serve agents and clients in different cities and will also facilitate mobility for the firm’s one-on-one real estate coaching.
The new offices opened this month but Search Realty is planning to add a further five new locations during 2019, specifically targeting Southern Ontario's Golden Horseshoe Area which includes the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, and the Regional Municipality of Niagara.
The company says it utilizes the most advanced technologies and digital marketing solutions to address the changing needs of today's home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
