Colliers adds new senior leader to grow Canadian business

Colliers International has announced the creation of a new senior leadership role to help boost its Canadian business lines.

Brian Rosen has joined the firm as chief operating officer at Colliers Canada, based in the Toronto office. He joins from global storage business Iron Mountain, where he held several key leadership roles, most recently senior vice president and general manager for Iron Mountain Canada.

Rosen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Rosen and his family live in the Toronto area and he will be based in Colliers’ Toronto Downtown office.

In his new role he will oversee development of organizational priorities to drive continued growth and profitability throughout Colliers’ Canadian business.

“Colliers continues to outpace our competition in an industry that is experiencing constant change,” said David Bowden, CEO, Colliers Canada. “As an innovative and accomplished leader, Brian brings real estate experience, fresh ideas from a related industry and the vision necessary to navigate that change. I look forward to working with Brian to help accelerate growth at Colliers across all lines of business in coming years and deliver the best real estate solutions to our clients.”
