Lennard Commercial Realty has launched its new brand and announced that its Toronto branch is moving to a larger downtown office.
The independent commercial brokerage was founded in Calgary almost 40 years ago and opened in the Greater Toronto Area a few years later. It provides services to clients across North America.
The GTA locations are now home to 80 employees across three offices including Toronto, Mississauga, and Markham. The new downtown Toronto office is at 55 University Avenue.
As part of its ongoing growth, the firm has unveiled a new brand.
"We are at a crucial stage in our business," comments Baker. "Given the growth we have been experiencing, it was time for us to revisit our brand. We are seasoned real estate experts with excellent support staff, and that will never change. But we are always evolving to keep up with what the market demands. Now our brand, our look, aligns with who we are," commented founding partner Andrew Baker.
This year, Lennard received the NAIOP Real Estate Excellence Industrial Lease of the Year Award at the Annual Real Estate Excellence Awards. Lennard has also been a nominee for Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures for several consecutive years.
