A real estate listings portal which syndicates property listings across sites in 60 countries has arrived in North America.
ListGlobally claims a worldwide audience of more than 216 million customers across 120 leading listings portals and has been working with real estate brokerages in Europe for a decade. Its listings are automatically translated into 16 languages.
"ListGlobally has been working with top brokerages across Western Europe for years and our priority with this expansion is to provide North American real estate professionals with as much exposure for their listings as possible," said Byron Burley, president of ListGlobally North America and Oceania.
The company’s first partnership is with leading California firms, Willis Allen and Alain Pinel Realtors, with further expansion planned. Listings from the brokerages will be seen in key international markets including Hong Kong, China, India, and France.
"With increased foreign buyer property taxes and limitations on international investment in places like Canada and Australia, the U.S. is seeing a significant uptick in interest from international buyers,” added Burley.
