The Real Estate Council of British Columbia has welcomed the appointment of as the province’s new superintendent of real estate Micheal Noseworthy.
The former lawyer was previously superintendent of real estate for Yukon and council executive officer Robert Fawcett said that having dealt with him in that role, he is confident in his abilities.
“I know I speak for all the staff of the Real Estate Council when I say that we are looking forward to working with Mr. Noseworthy to implement measures that will increase consumer protection,” said Fawcett.
