New Montreal managing director for Colliers International

Colliers International has a new managing director for its Montreal office as one of its alumni returns.

Colin Worrell started his career as a consultant at the global real estate firm in 2002 but has since held several senior leadership roles in the commercial real estate industry including at Sotheby’s and GVA Devencore.

“After starting my career at Colliers as a consultant many years ago, it feels very rewarding to return as Managing Director. I am excited to build on the success of the Montreal team and drive the business forward in this important market,” Worrell said.

He returns to the firm from his most recent role leading a high-performing brokerage team at Allied Properties REIT which specializes in developing urban offices across Canada.

“As the commercial real estate industry grows more complex, we believe it’s important to understand the unique nuances of the markets we serve,” says Scott Addison at Colliers. “Colin’s demonstrated success leading brokerage teams in Eastern Canada will further position Colliers as the experts in Montreal’s commercial real estate community. We look forward to working with Colin to provide the best solutions to our clients and generate exciting new opportunities for our Montreal team.”
