Saturday Night Fever house goes on sale

The opportunity has arisen to own one a piece of movie history, the iconic Brooklyn home where Saturday Night Fever was filmed.

Apart from some external repairs and renovations, the 1920s Tudor has changed little from 40 years ago when it was used as the home for John Travolta’s character Tony Manero. The interior main rooms are exactly as they were in 1977.

TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reports that the home is listed at U$2.249 million which buys 2,472 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a master suite taking up much of the top floor of the 79th Street townhouse.

There were some updates made in 2005 including granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, Jacuzzi and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Co-listing agents are Anthony Muratore and Wendy Jones of Ideal Properties Group, Brooklyn, New York.
