US listings and real estate firm Zillow has announced that it has signed a big name for its soon-to-launch Canadian listings.
The site will include for-sale listings from independent brokerage Right at Home Realty along with other Canadian listings, expanding on its successful model in the US.

Zillow says that each listing will include a description of the property, multiple photos, contact information for the listing agent, as well as a link to the brokerage or franchise website. Listings will be posted by partners in a bulk feed.
Homebuying and mortgages
In the US Zillow has recently expanded the services it offers to include buying and selling homes itself through its Zillow Offers division; and will also begin originating mortgages after acquiring Mortgage Lenders of America.
No plans to offer these additional services in Canada have been announced.
