As vice-president of marketing for HomeEquity Bank, Vivianne Gauci is responsible for increasing brand awareness and affinity, driving growth through digital and direct-to-consumer channels, and supporting sales teams as they expand the bank’s reach.
Gauci joined HomeEquity in 2015, bringing more than 20 years of experience in global financial services companies. Leveraging her past experience, Gauci has spearheaded the company’s efforts to expand the awareness of reverse mortgages in Canada and to help advocate for the unique financial needs of Canadians over the age of 55. This includes partnering with various research organizations, including a neuroscience research firm, to explore the language used to address people in this age range and to uncover unconscious age bias in the media.
Gauci’s many accomplishments include being a presenter at the 2019 Aging in Place Conference, the 2018/2019 Zoomer Show and the 2018 Digital Marketing for Financial Services Conference. She also served as chair of the financial services interest group for the American Marketing Association.
