The best-performing brokers with MCAP will have access to a new line of credit called Fusion from this week. The mortgage lender is making the new product available to mortgage brokers who do at least 100 deals with the company in a year or who do deals of at least $25 million in a year. The non-bank lender says it has launched the new product in response to demand from its network of independent mortgage brokers. Its rate at launch is prime plus 0.50 per cent.
