The Canadian Real Estate Association has unveiled a new look to its realtor.ca site with improvements to several key functions.
The site design has been freshened and the search function has been improved along with homebuyer calculators.
School catchment area data has also been added which means families can search for homes close to their preferred school.
"The improved REALTOR.ca provides consumers with access to a trusted and comprehensive source of property listings which include sought after features like neighbourhood information and tools they need to be successful in today's marketplace," said Barb Sukkau, president of CREA.
CREA says the site remains the number one real estate site in Canada with more than 300,000 listings and more than 264 million visits in 2017 delivering more than 2.6 million leads for Realtors.
However, it faces increased competition from Zillow which has this week begun including listings from several Canadian real estate brokerages with more to come.
