Quebec real estate agencies join Royal Le Page

The Royal Le Page network has expanded in Quebec with the addition of Via Capitale Centre and Via Capitale Innovation.

Via Capitale operates five offices in Laval, Mont-Tremblant and Mont-Laurier and will now operate under the names Royal LePage Humania Centre and Royal LePage Humania Innovation.

The deal brings 60 real estate brokers into the network and Royal Le Page Humania co-owners François Léger and Christian Bouvrette will be joined by Via Capitale owner Maxime Béland.

“We are proud to welcome Maxime’s team within our great company,” said Léger. “Royal LePage is from far the best real estate destination in the province and we trust that this partnership will allow our brokers and their clients to benefit from a forward-thinking environment, based on service excellence.”

Royal LePage’s network now has close to 18,000 real estate professionals in more than 600 locations nationwide.

“Real estate evolves quickly and Royal LePage owns the technology and the business culture to put forward the most sustainable proposition for our clientele,” said Béland. “I am confident that this alliance with Royal LePage Humania will be thriving and resolutely efficient to better serve our clients.”
