Two international real estate firms have announced new hires to boost their capabilities in Canada.
JLL Canada’s Tenant Representation group in the GTA has added David Fullerton as Executive Vice President, Allen Brusilow as Senior Vice President and Matthew McCusker as Transaction Manager.
Fullerton has almost 30 years’ experience and has represented an extensive list of clients in more than 1000 lease negotiations, yielding a transactional value of more than $2.2 billion.
Brusilow is a skilled negotiator of 12 years’ experience. Both Fullerton and Brusilow are among the region’s top producers.
“Over the past four years, our team has experienced sustained growth, increased its revenue by a remarkable 330 percent and expanded to 23 experts in the downtown Toronto office,” said Brett Elofson, Managing Director, National Tenant Representation group, JLL Canada.. “With the addition of David, Allen and Matthew, we are building an office leasing and advisory powerhouse in the GTA, which uniquely positions us to create new opportunities for our clients in this fast-moving market.”

Meanwhile, at Cushman & Wakefield in Toronto, Brad Dykeman has joined as Senior Managing Director of Toronto Suburban Markets.
He has more than 27 years’ experience in commercial real estate especially on the investment and brokerage side.
