BC to outpace other provinces in 2016

The Conference Board of Canada says that British Columbia will outpace the other provinces this year with growth of 2.7 per cent. Its Provincial Outlook says that there will also be reasonable growth in Ontario (2.4 per cent), Manitoba (2.3 per cent), Nova Scotia (2.1 per cent), PEI and Quebec (both 1.7 per cent).

Alberta (decline of 1.1 per cent), Saskatchewan (growth of 0.7 per cent) and Newfoundland and Labrador (no growth) will all suffer from the lower oil prices. New Brunswick will gain by 0.8 per cent.
