Canadian homes listed on the popular Juwai.com website could soon be shown to hundreds of millions of new potential buyers.
The site which is the largest Chinese international real estate website by users, advertisers, and property listings, has agreed a deal with online Chinese real estate portal XHWHouse.
XHWHouse is the overseas property channel for Sina.com.cn and is a subsidiary of NYSE-listed Chinese real estate services firm Leju Holdings Limited.
Sina.com.cn is one of the largest online media in China, with more than 331 million monthly users.
“Since its 2011 launch by Australian real estate professionals, Juwai.com has become the world’s largest overseas homes website for Chinese buyers. Every listing and every advertiser wants to reach as many potential buyers in China as possible,” said Juwai.com CEO and Director Carrie Law. "XHWHouse has a potential reach of hundreds of millions of users with interest in overseas homes and living. They uniquely own access to this audience and they are one of the pioneers of e-commerce in real estate sector.”
Juwai.com reaches more than 3.1 million Chinese-speaking monthly users and showcases 2.8 million listings from 90 countries.
