A Toronto-based property-tech incubator has appointed a new leader to drive its search and mentorship of start-ups offering innovative real estate solutions.
Colliers International launched its proptech accelerator in January and as managing director Ben Liao will focus on selecting the businesses who will work with the program to develop their innovations.
“As the need for Proptech continues to grow within the real estate industry, and as venture funding continues to enter the sector, our program will be at the forefront of helping startups scale their businesses quickly and strategically,” said Laio. “Ultimately, uncovering and shaping enterprising proptech solutions will help accelerate the success of Colliers’ clients and professionals.”
