Construction of Montreal’s tallest residential tower has begun

This week saw the ground-breaking ceremony for what will become Montreal’s tallest residential tower, Victoria sur le Parc.

The 58-storey building is being developed by Broccolini, the general contractor for National Bank’s new headquarters building in the city among other projects.

Victoria sur le Parc will rise up in Montreal's Quartier International with hundreds of residential units along with ten floors of office space, including a commercial ground floor.

Designed by IBI and Béïque Legault Thuot, it will be bordered by a park that will link the building with the National Bank HQ.

Interest in the residential units has been strong with 300 (75%) of the homes sold since the sales launch in October 2018.

"This enthusiasm gives us the opportunity to put the finishing touches on the redevelopment of this city block," said Roger Plamondon, President of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions.
