One of Canada’s largest residential landlords reported strong results this week. Killam Properties reported its highest quarterly earnings ever with funds from earnings of $0.24 per share. The growth was driven by rental rates increasing 1.2 per cent for apartments and 4.4 per cent for mobile homes while occupancy rates hit 95.3 per cent for apartments.
