National Housing Day takes place Sunday highlighting the lack of affordable homes and that Canada is the only G8 nation without a national housing strategy. Ahead of the day the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario has sent letters to the Prime Minister and provincial Premier calling for investment in affordable housing. The plea to Mr Trudeau and Ms. Wynne highlights that even with additional measures to tackle housing issues in the province there is still more demand than supply.
