A husband and wife team have become new franchisees of the Real Property Management network which continues to expand across North America.
Aaron Piva and Treena Carson-Piva have opened Real Property Management Executives in Kelowna, BC and have more than two decades of real estate industry experience including buying and selling investment properties.
“We keenly understand the priorities of a property owner: protect your asset, minimize your costs, and maximize your return,” explains Treena. “We have first-hand experience with the challenges associated with being a long-distance landlord, and we are committed to minimizing that struggle for as many landlords as we can.”
The couple believe their complementary backgrounds support their success in real estate; Piva is from Metro Vancouver while Carson-Piva is from Saskatchewan. Both have experience in project management and business development.
