The team that left Colliers International in 2011 to seek alternative approaches to their business, is rejoining the firm. Unique Properties Practice Group was part of Colliers from the late 90’s and specializes in the marketing and sale of real estate assets such as resorts; private islands; waterfront and coastal estates; ranches; agricultural portfolios; golf courses; ski resorts; marinas; comprehensive development properties; and forestry, rural and corporate resource properties. The group, including founders Mark Lester and Alan Johnson, will be based in Colliers’ Vancouver office.
