Sales of homes in Windsor increased by 20.4 per cent in the year to June while average prices were up 16.64 per cent.
The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors’ data shows a steady trend of increasing sales this year with year-to-date sales up 18.05 per cent and, although prices eased slightly in June compared to May, they are up 13.8 per cent year-to-date.
